The technical definition of "erotic" is - meant to arouse people, to the point that they feel the need to mast***bate. So, while Lady Hootler is sexy, I didn't intentionally made the scenes to be arousing. Yes, the character is sexy, and when something is sexy it can be arousing, and people can get aroused by anything, but I don't think that the most of the people will find Lady Hootler erotica in that sense. On the other hand, in the Mrs.G comics series - there were always scenes which while may had served the development of the story, were written primary with the intention to be arousing.
Hope it is clearer in what sense Lady Hootler is not erotica, and Mrs.G comics series books are.

If you truly LOVE writing, why not focus on writing? Perhaps the dip you see is a result of the distractions you share, taking away from the quality of writing. Do you need a comic book medium? Paid illustrators, etc.? If you are a new writer, why not focus on your craft instead of monetizing it before it is a craft?
